Every spring, we host our Annual Fundraiser which brings Metuchen community members together for a casual night of fun and fundraising, all to benefit the students, teachers, and schools of Metuchen.
We hope you'll "Party at the Parlor" with us this year on Friday, April 17, 2026 as we celebrate 30 YEARS of the MEF supporting innovation and creativity in our schools.

Flamingo Flocking
Flamingo Flocking
This year, we introduced a whimsical fundraiser called a "Flamingo Flocking." For a small donation, our trustees anonymously placed approximately 30 flamingos in the Metuchen yard of your choice. The flamingos roosted in that lawn for a day or two before our trustees sneakily migrated them to their next yard. Metuchenites had so much fun "flocking" their friends that we eventually had 3 flocks migrating around town on any given night!
If you didn't get a chance to join in on the flocking fun, don't worry -- our flocks will roost again in the Spring of 2026! Follow us on social media for flocking updates.
